Do you know someone who is doing a great job? A friend, co-worker, teacher, or other community helper who has gone above and beyond? Maybe someone who has prevailed despite difficult circumstances? Or during this busy holiday season, someone in the service industry – a salesperson or restaurant server – who has gone the extra mile to help you?
Go ahead, give that person a thumbs up! You can give them a literal thumbs up and let them know how much you notice and appreciate them. Or you can write a note or online review, leave a great tip, deliver a small gift or some other expression indicating you’ve noticed their efforts.
And I want to take this moment to give YOU a thumbs up for all you do – and for participating in #24DaysofGiving during a very busy time of year. More than ever, we need to lift each other up and all that’s good and positive in this world.
Feel free to share your experience or your creative suggestions. If you’re on Twitter or Instagram, share using the #24daysofgiving hashtag. Let’s spread some love and good cheer!
